Command Dictate

Private Windows dictation with reusable text snippets.

Dictate into normal Windows text fields, then reuse common phrases, replies, templates, signatures, and workflow blocks without typing them again. Command Dictate runs locally on your PC, without a cloud account or subscription.

Reusable snippets are saved text blocks for repeated phrases, replies, templates, signatures, and workflow notes. For example: save a common reply, signature, product note, or prompt block and insert it when you need it.

Why Command Dictate

Local dictation and reusable snippets without cloud dependencies.

Local dictation

Speech processing runs on your Windows PC, not through an online dictation service.

Reusable snippets

Save repeated phrases, replies, templates, signatures, and workflow blocks so you can insert them quickly.

Works where you type

Use it in normal Windows text fields, browser fields, notes, and writing tools.

Buy once

Try it free for 7 days. If it fits, buy once instead of renting another subscription.

How It Works

Install, dictate, and build your snippet library.

Step 1
Click where you want the text.
Use a normal Windows text field, browser box, note, email, or writing app.
Step 2
Press the hotkey and speak.
Dictation runs locally on your Windows PC.
Step 3
Stop recording.
Command Dictate inserts the dictated text into the active field automatically.
Step 4
Reuse common text with snippets.
Insert repeated phrases, templates, signatures, product notes, prompt blocks, and common replies without typing them again.
Before You Install

Windows may show a SmartScreen reputation warning the first time you run Command Dictate. This is normal for newly distributed independent software. Click “More info” then “Run anyway” to continue.

Only download from the official NetaGig site or the official Command Dictate GitHub Releases page. Compatibility depends on how each application handles normal text input.
