Does Command Dictate send my voice to the cloud?

No. Both Free and Pro process speech entirely on your machine. Your audio never leaves your computer, and no account is required to use the software.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Dictation works fully offline. An internet connection is only needed to download the installer and, for Pro, to complete the one-time purchase and activation.

What is the difference between Command Dictate Free and Pro?

Free is the complete local dictation engine with no time limit and no account. Pro adds the advanced feature set on top of the same engine. Free also serves as the trial: if Free runs well on your machine, Pro will too.

Is Pro a subscription?

No. Command Dictate Pro is a one-time purchase. There is no recurring billing, no account, and the software keeps working even if NetaGig Systems disappears tomorrow.

Can I move Pro to a new computer?

Command Dictate Pro is licensed for one primary computer at a time. The activation is tied to the machine it was issued for, so it cannot simply be copied to another PC. If you replace your computer, lose a drive, or have a legitimate hardware failure, contact support@netagig.com with your purchase email. NetaGig Systems may issue a replacement activation when appropriate.

What is your refund policy?

Try Free first. It is the trial. Pro purchases carry a 14-day defect-based guarantee: if Pro fails to work as described and support cannot resolve it, you receive a full refund. Duplicate and accidental purchases are refunded without conditions. See the full policy at netagig.com/refunds.

What are the system requirements?

Command Dictate runs on 64-bit Windows 10 or 11. Speech recognition runs on your CPU locally; a modern multi-core processor is recommended for the best responsiveness.

How do I verify my download is authentic?

Installers are hosted on GitHub Releases. Each release publishes a SHA-256 checksum in its download manifest, and the download dialog shows the checksum for the exact file you are getting, so you can verify it after download.
